Leadership Team

Stephanie Lipnicki, Executive Director

Stephanie has been with JRM since 2007. She has a B.A. in Educational Ministries from Houghton College and a certificate in Administrative Management from the University at Buffalo. Time abroad in Tanzania as well as previous experience volunteering with refugees helped lead her to Buffalo. She has experienced JRM from several different roles, as an AmeriCorps member, a Parent Child Home Program home visitor, a Program Coordinator, a Branch Director, and now feels privileged to be the Director. She and her husband reside on the West Side, embedded in the community JRM serves.

Dr. Anna Ireland, Director of Health & Family Services

Anna was a co-founder of Hope Refugee Services in 2007 and became the Director of Health and Family Services at JRM in 2010. During her Peace Corps Service in Kenya from 2000-2002, she gained experience in grassroots development and cross-cultural work. She has been working with the refugee populations in Buffalo since 2002. Anna is currently working on her PhD in Cultural Anthropology at the University at Buffalo.

Eric Budin, Director of Partner Development

Eric came to Jericho Road Ministries in 2010. He brings with him 26 years of business experience, most notably as Vice President and Branch Manager of Charles Schwab's Buffalo office. In his church and community, Eric has served as Co-Chair of Finance, Chair of Fundraising, Advisor to the Endowment, and Youth Leader, as well as formerly a member of Rotary International, Board Member of Compass House, and Little League baseball coach. He attended Paul Smith's College for Environmental Science, and Canisius College for Organizational Psychology.

Cheryl Silverberg, Chief Financial Officer

Cheryl Silverberg graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Communications/Advertising. After graduation, she pursued a career in payroll and personnel management and attained certification as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Cheryl worked in the family law firm for many years as the office manager and bookkeeper. She was hired on a part time basis at Jericho Road Ministries, in August 2009 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in July 2010 where her responsibilities include payroll, AR, AP, grant monitoring and tracking, personnel and benefit administration and leadership functions.
